AYSO Region 100 / Kailua-Waimanalo

General Information

In order to obtain the Regional (Basic) Referee Certification, all of the following must be completed:

1. Register as a region volunteer
2. Complete the on-line Regional Referee course (the course fee of $7.00 is reimbursable)
3. Complete the on-line CDC Concussion and AYSO Safe Haven modules
4. Attend our Regional in-person classroom (Saturday, August 17) and field training (Sunday, August 18).

During the Fall season (August to November), weekly referee meetings are held on Tuesday's from 7:00 - 8:30 pm. Games are assigned and discussions held regarding Law changes, applications and issues encountered on the fields from the previous weekend. Meetings are normally held at the Hekili Street community room depending on availability, alternate locations are announced as necessary.

Youth Referees

The youth referees of AYSO Region 100 are students who serve their Kailua-Waimanalo community by refereeing our 8-Under age group games.

Girls and boys 11 and older are eligible. Youth referees receive extensive training and mentoring. They gain poise and self-confidence that benefit them off the field. Join us!
