Overview
This is our most popular program. Fall Core Season begins in August and ends the first week in November. Practices may begin in August with games starting the last Saturday in August. Games for our 14U-19U division may start the 2nd to last week in August. AYSO levels of play are determined strictly by age or the year that they are born. Following U.S. Soccer school year guidelines, starting in membership year 2026 players will be placed in the appropriate age division based on the age they are on For our 6U-19U, the division the player is placed in is determined by their age during the August 1-July 31 NOT the player's age as of December 31 of the calendar year the season ends.

Registration
Online registration for 2026 Fall Core Season will open soon.
Practices
Practices may begin in August and are normally held twice a week (once a week for 6U division). Your child’s Coach will determine the practice field location and times. Due to the large number of Players registering, we are unable to accept requests to be on a specific team and/or practice on a specific day or time.
Team Formation
Teams for players who are 10 years old and younger (as of August 1) are formed based on field/complex preference for practices. We will try to accommodate your request; however, there are no guarantees that you will get your requested preference(s) for practice field/complex location. Please make sure to indicate 2 different practice fields/complex locations in the space indicated on your child’s registration form.
Teams for older players in divisions 12U and up (as of August 1) are balanced based on skill and experience – NO requests are accepted for practice field preference for these older players. Your child’s Coach will determine the times and location of the practice field.
Games
Games will be played on Saturday’s at soccer fields located throughout the Kailua and Waimanalo communities for all age groups, except for some of our older age groups, which may play at fields outside of Kailua and Waimanalo areas.
Equipment
You will need to obtain covered shoes, shin guards, a soccer ball (size depends on age of player – refer to Parent Handbook), and a water bottle, if you don’t already have these.
